Free Journaling Guides

Journaling can be an incredibly helpful tool and companion on the recovery journey.

I've created these journaling guides to accompany my blog posts, as I found myself naturally including journaling prompts at the end of my writing. Each prompt is designed to guide you in reflecting, personalizing, and making more relevant and actionable for you the topic of each blog post. And each post is based on concepts and practices that helped me greatly in my recovery and which I use today with my coaching clients.
